B Pharma COURSE
- About
Bachelor of Pharmacy, as the name suggests, has a course structure that deals with the production and manufacturing of drugs and their distributions with a particular specialisation in pharmaceutical studies. A few of the most vital subjects included in the B Pharm course study are Biochemistry, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Computer Applications in Pharmacy etc.
- Eligibility Criteria
B Pharmacy Admission is done on the basis of both Entrance Exams as well as the basis of Merit. Various Entrance Exams such as UPSEE, GPAT, NEET etc are conducted to enroll students for B Pharmacy courses. The basic B Pharmacy eligibility is that students who cleared the Class 12 board exam with mandatory subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics along with 50% aggregate marks.
- Duration
Bachelor of Pharmacy or B.Pharma is a 4 years undergraduate degree that teaches students about drug synthesis, dosage formulation, analyzing the chemical nature and preclinical testing of new drugs.
D Pharma COURSE

Diploma in Pharmacy is an under graduate diploma course in the medical field of Pharmacy. Pharmacy is a medical field involved in the preparation, dispensing and appropriate use of medication meant for therapeutic purposes. The course provides the minimum qualification to become a Registered Pharmacist in India
- Eligibility Criteria
The D Pharma eligibility is: The candidate should have completed his 10+2 with PCB/PCM for a recognized board. All 12th pass Science students can pursue a Diploma in Pharmacy (D Pharma) provided they have an inclination for helping the patients.
- Duration
The D Pharma course is of 2 years comprising 4 semesters which impart basic application of pharmaceutical sciences.
